The Bay of Fundy National Park was a new camping adventure for us. Although we only stayed one night, we would definitely go back. Inside the park they had a fancy salt water pool, 3 different campgrounds, and a whole lot more that we didn't even see. We had been told that we couldn't miss out on going to Hopewell Rocks, a muddy, but super cool adventure. This is what the writers for Lonely Planet said about it:
"The 'rocks' are bizarre sandstone erosion formations known as 'flowerpots,' rising several stories from the ocean floor. Some look like arches, others like massive stone mushrooms, still others like enormous ice-cream cones. ... Visitors can only walk amid the rocks at low tide."
There is about a 3 hour window when you can walk on the ocean floor. (My camera was on a scenery setting so the pics aren't as great as the experience was!) After walking back up the stairs and up the trail there is a washing station to clean off all of the mud.
