Conor has been blessed with the talent of hearing music. Since we got our piano we have discovered that he plays by ear. Amy (his awesome teacher) has also tried to help Conor learn to read music. We are so pleased with his and her efforts. Conor had his 2nd piano recital this past weekend. (Last year he played Merrily We Roll Along and Roller Coaster for his 1st piano recital.)
Conor loves Star Wars and he taught himself to pluck out the melody to the theme song, by John Williams. A few months ago when he completed his first piano book, Amy purchased a piece of sheet music for him: Star Wars. Since then he has taken off. Enjoy.

Grandma Sweeney came to Conor's Recital. This is quite monumental, given that this was her first time to step into a Mormon Chapel. Trust me - it's miraculous. We were so happy.

CONOR - You are so AWESOME on the piano. I swear your mom, when she was little, played by ear too? I smiled the whole time you played Star Wars, but then cracked up out loud by myself when Megan went in front of the camera and put her hand in front of it!!! The credits were perfect. Megan, the intruder, needed a little attention, huh? Love you both!! Conor, keep that piano playing going. You really have talent =)

Melanie, the version Conor played was arranged by Carol Matz. It was labled Alfred, Simply Pop Series, Late Elementary Piano.
(I think you meant finding piano music you could play...)
