Presenting Puss in Boots

Conor starred in his class's Fairy Tale Festival last week.  He got to choose a character from a fairy tale, retell the story from that character's perspective, and then read it to his class and to all the parents.  We were proud of him for his confidence and for his clever writing.    

As part of his Fairy Tale unit he also created a diorama for the story of Hansel and Gretel.  Conor had his idea all planned and went to work using his legos and his imagination.  Here was the final product:
